  • Service Charge
    A 20% service charge is assessed on all checks (except for takeout orders)
  • Reservations/Walk-ins
    Reservations are highly recommended for all guests, however our Bar seats are First come, First serve. All reservations must be made online at We currently allow up to 6 guests, per reservation, depending upon availability. Resy, is an automated reservation system used by our establishment. It factors in current and future reservations in regards to availability , meaning, if you don’t see availability on the Resy website, this means the seating you are requesting, is NOT AVAILABLE. Please arrive on time for your reservation and not prior to your reserved time. Unfortunately, We do not have a waiting area where guests can sit/stand and wait for there tables. All Reservations Have A 2 HOUR TABLE LIMIT!!!! Our last reservation is typically 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to closing. Although there is a 15 minute grace period for reservations, it is imperative that if you have a 9:30PM or 10:30PM reservation, that you and your guests arrive promptly, and orders are placed by 9:50PM/10:50PM as our kitchen closes 1 hour prior to the establishment closing. ******ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION****** Currently , we can not accommodate over 6 guests per reservation. This means we can not accept parties of 10,15 or 20. The Resy system is an automated system that keeps track of our current and future availability. If the system doesn’t allow you to reserve for the selected guests count, date and time, this means the restaurant doesn’t have the availability for your request. Many guests book weeks/months in advance around traveling. It’s best to book in advance for weekend reservation.
  • Order online
    All Pickup & Delivery orders must be placed online at site ‘ PapiCuisine.Com ‘’ We do not accept orders over the phone. Full payment is required when placing your order. Our delivery is offered via third party vendors such as Doordash or Postmates and is available depending upon your location.
  • Refunds
    In the unfortunate event, a order is made incorrectly, missing an item(s), or unsatisfactory, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us immediately to best correct the issue via email or by phone. A refund can be provided upon request at the restaurant’s discretion if necessary. Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment used for the transaction.
  • Attire Policy
    Here at Papi Cuisine, we promote a family friendly and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We ask that guests support this atmosphere by not wearing T-shirts with profanity or exposed undergarments, cut-off jeans, flip flops, athletic wear, or torn tops and bottoms. Business Casual is preferred.
  • Code & Conduct
    Be Kind! Being kind & patient is paramount to good hospitality and keeping the mood as pleasant and positive as possible. Parking: We offer street and limited garage parking, free of charge. If you are picking up takeout, please do not double park as it impedes traffics in front of our establishment. Parking can be found on the lower level in the parking garage connected to our building. We do not have a large waiting area, so we ask that you arrive promptly for your reservation and not 20-30 minutes before.
