Papi Cuisine is a Afro-Latin Fusion restaurant, that has tremendously grown over the last decade. Owner Alex Perez, started Papi Cuisine, as food delivery service that then evolved into a private dining and catering company. We are now proudly one of the most sought after restaurants in Maryland. We look forward to expanding Papi Cuisine and being able to serve more guests, across the country and one day globally.
Owner and Award Winning Chef, Alex Perez, has fused together two cultural styles of cooking, learning from his Dominican father and African American Grandmother. He was then able to fuse both cuisines together and create the Afro-Latin Fusion we all love today. The robust blends of seasoning and sauces with strategic plating, elevates every dish to a flavorful and wonderful delight.
My family treated me for my birthday and the service was quick and accurate. I can't remember our waiters name but she was attentive and kept our glasses refilled throughout the night without hunting her down. My husband loved his lamb chop surf and turf and said it was cooked to perfection. The stuffed salmon and Mac and cheese was bomb and the crab cake egg rolls....well I could have ate a whole plate of them by myself. I'll definitely be returning.

Certainly worth the 2 hour drive from Virginia to Maryland. The food was delicious, our waitress was patient, professional, and overall pleasant. The food was delicious, cooked fresh and delicious. Prior to getting our food we also had the fried cauliflower and calamari, both were delicious, the calamari is my recommendation it burst with flavor.

Papi's did not disappoint! We were a party of 2 on a Friday night without a reservation but we were accommodated at the bar. Our waiter Alan was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu. He made great suggestions but everything on the menu seemed good. We opted for the crab egg rolls and surf and turf fries. They were both soooo good!!! The fries were topped with lamb chops (cooked to perfection) and gulf fried shrimp. BTW...Alan also makes a mean Old Fashioned! I will definitely be back very soon.

The food was awesome! We had crab egg rolls and stuffed lobster. So many great options on the menu . I will definitely come back. The ambiance was nice they had nice 90s R&b playing in the background . Our server was also great !
